USE LARGE ZUCCHINI (FRENCH-FRIED ZUCCHINI)



THIS IS A PHOTO OF MY (ZUCCHINI) 12in long HUGE) CUT ZUCCHINI IN 1 1/4 inch SLICES. (DIP IN EGG BEATEN with SALT&PEPPER to TASTE. (THEN DIP IN BREAD CRUMBS) FRY IN DEEP (HOT FAT) 325degrees to 385degrees. UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. drain on paper towels, (SERVE IMMEDIATELY while warm!!  DELICIOUS!!
