BUBBLY BLACKBERRY BUCKLE (CAKE)





3/4 CUP FLOUR<>1 TSP>BAKING POWDER<>1/4 CUP SUGAR<>PINCH SALT<>2 TBSP. WATER<>2 CUPS BLACKBERRIES<>1 EGG<>1 CUP SUGAR<><>SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, IN BUTTER, THEN EGG.<>ADD WATER AND MIX WELL.<>(SPREAD IN 7x9in PAN)<>POUR FRUIT OVER BATTER><>BEAT 1 EGG AND 1 CUP SUGAR TOGETHER UNTIL FROTHY, (POUR ON TOP OF FRUIT) ****BAKE AT 350 degrees F ABOUT 20 MINUTES.<><>SERVE WARM!!(SELECT BLACKBERRIES THAT ARE DEEP-PURPLISH BLACK (THEY ARE SWEETER!!  Mmmmmm!!GOOD!!
