LONG and GREEN (CANNING the ****DILLY BEANS)
DILLY BEANS----TAKE 2 LBS GREEN BEANS <>1 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER<>4 CLOVES GARLIC<>4 HEADS DILL<>2 1/2 CUP WATER<>2 1/2 CUP VINEGAR<>****DIRECTIONS<>PACK BEANS LENGTH WISE, (LONG & GREEN IN HOT JARS), LEAVING 1/4 HEAD SPACE TO EACH PINT, ADD 1/4 TSP. CAYENNE PEPPER, 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, AND 1 HEAD DILL< (COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO JAR) BRING TO BOIL, POUR BOILING HOT OVER BEANS, (LEAVING 1/4" COVER AND PROCESS 10 minutes in BOILING WATER BATH, (LET STAND 2 WEEKS)!!!!!FLAVORFUL, TASTE BUD TREAT!!!!! (THAT'S WHY THEIR CALLED DILLY BEANS)!
