SQUASH AND CHERRY TOMATOES IN BASIL BUTTER





1/3 CUP FRESH BASIL LEAVES<>2 GARLIC CLOVES, COARSELY CHOPPED<>1 POUND YELLOW SQUASH, THINLY SLICED<><>8 ounces CHERRY, (RED or YELLOW TOMATOES, HALVED<>1/4 CUP BUTTER or MARGARINE<>1 SHALLOT, COARSELY CHOPPED,<><>ADD 1/2 POUND ZUCCHINI, THINLY SLICED.<><>PROCESS BASIL LEAVES, GARLIC, BUTTER AND SHALLOT IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL BLENDED,.STOPPING TO SCRAPE SIDES.<>MELT THIS MIXTURE OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT.<>ADD SQUASH, ZUCCHINI AND TOMATOES AND SAUTE 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL SQUASH IS TENDER.!!!! SooooOH , TASTY!!!!!
