SPAGHETTI TOMATO PUREE (SEASONED)



4 QUARTS CHOPPED TOMATOES<>6 ONIONS<>3 CARROTS<>2 CUPS CHOPPED ZUCCHINI<>2 CUPS CELERY<>3 SWEET PEPPERS<>SALT and PEPPER to TASTE<>WASH, CHOP AND MEASURE FIRM RIPE TOMATOES<>STEAM or SIMMER UNTIL SOFT. ( PRESS THROUGH FINE SIEVE)--COOK UNTIL THICK<>CHOP OTHER VEGETABLES.<>(COVER WITH BOILING WATER AND COOK UNTIL SOFT, PRESS THROUGH SIEVE and ADD TO THE TOMATO PULP.<><>(REHEAT AND POUR INTO HOT (BALL JARS)--PROCESS 60 MINUTES IN HOT-WATER BATH!!!!!!!  (THIS IS SEASONED SPAGHETTI (TOMATO PUREE) POUR OVER SPAGHETTI and ENJOY!!!!!
