PICK ( FRESH VEGETABLES) BEFORE THEY GET TO BIG!



PRETTY PREP! FOR FRESH PICKED CUCUMBERS, USE A PEELER, OR JULIENNE SLICER, IT'S A SNAP, TURNS VEGETABLES INTO LOVELY RIBBONS OR MATCHSTICKS.<> ( THEN TOSS CUCUMBER  WITH WHITE WINE VINEGAR AND A PINCH OF SALT)<>TRY THEM ON BURGERS OR IN TACOS. OR TOSS THEM IN STIR-FRIES.( I LOVE TO MAKE FRESH SLICED CUCUMBER SANDWICHES with MAYO AND SALT&PEPPER)!! **IT"S ALL ABOUT THE CUCUMBER!!
