PISTACHIO SOUR CREAME (BUNDT CAKE)
CAKE**1 PACKAGE (18 1/2 OUNCE) YELLOW CAKE MIX<>1 PACKAGE (ROYAL INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING)--4 EGGS<>1 CUP DAIRY SOUR CREAM<>1/2 CUP WATER<>COMBINE CAKE MIX, PUDDING MIX, SOUR CREAM and WATER<>BLEND TO MOISTEN, THEN BEAT 2 MINUTES at MEDIUM SPEED OF ELECTRIC MIXER.<>(POUR INTO WELL GREASED AND FLOURED 10in. (BUNDT pan, or (TUBE PAN).<>BAKE at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until DONE<>COOL IN PAN 10 MINUTES.<>REMOVE FROM PAN.<>COOL ON WIRE RACK.<>THEN MAKE (GLAZE)**2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR<><>2-3 TBSP. ORANGE JUICE, (MIX TOGETHER POWDERED SUGAR AND ORANGE JUICE, PLACE COOLED CAKE ON SERVING DISH and THEN (DRIZZLE PISTACHIO SOUR CREAM BUNDT CAKE WITH (SWEET GLAZE) soooOH DELICIOUS!!!!
