BACON & TOMATO SANDWICH De LUXe with cheese sauce!




COOK. LEAN BACON TIL CRISP,---PICK RED (RIPE FIRM TOMATOES from GARDEN, (WASH AND SLICE) TOAST FRENCH BREAD, (MAKE CHEESE SAUCE) ADD 3/4 CUP GRATED AMERICAN CHEESE or CHEDDAR CHEESE and a few drops of WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE. DIP FRENCH BREAD IN CHEESE SAUCE AND SAUTE IN OIL TIL GOLDEN BROWN, (THEN ASSEMBLE BACON AND TOMATO SLICES BETWEEN FRENCH BREAD!!  YUMMMY!!
