CHEESE STRATA
FRENCH BREAD, cut away crust<>BUTTER, 3/4 lb. NEW YORK SHARP CHEESE, grated<>PINCH OF SALT&PEPPER<>3 EGGS<>2 /1/2 CUPS MILK<><>AFTER CUTTING AWAY CRUSTS, LINE THE (BOTTOM of a greased casserole with BREAD)<>COMPLETELY (COVER the layer of BREAD with CHEESE, then cover this with another layer of BREAD)<>(BEAT together EGGS, MILK,and seasonings)then (POUR this mixture over the TOP of the BREAD and CHEESE LAYERS, allowing it to SOAK THROUGH<>(REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.)<><>BAKE IN A 325 degree F.OVEN for 45 minutes or until FLUFFY!!!! if you love CHEESE you'll LOVE THIS!!!!!(GREAT for BRUNCH!!!
