WASH 4 CUPS ROSE HIPS.<>SNIP OFF THE ENDS<>PLACE IN ENAMEL SAUCE PAN with 1 QUART of WATER.<>BRING TO A BOIL<>COOK COVERED UNTIL TENDER or ABOUT 20 MINUTES<>PUREE.<>COOK 4 APPLES, peeled and cored, until SOFT<>ADD (ROSE HIP PUREE with 5 CUPS of SUGAR<>OVER LOW HEAT, DISSOLVE SUGAR, then BRING MIXTURE to a BOIL and COOK until MIXTURE begins to JELL<>POUR at once into JARS and SEAL!!!!! DELICIOUS!!!
