HAM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE


2 pkgs. FROZEN CHOPPED  (BROCCOLI (10 oz  each)<>2 CUPS DICED HAM, (350 degrees ) <>(6 0z CHEDDAR CHEESE)<>(1 CUP BISQUICK)<>(3 C. MILK)<>4 EGGS<><>COOL BROCCOLI as DIRECTED><>DRAIN, LAYER in 13x9x2 inch,(PAN) UNGREASED (DICED HAM over BROCCOLI)<>SHRED CHEDDAR CHEESE over HAM<><>(BEAT REMAINING INGREDIENTS  until SMOOTH)<>(POUR slowly over CHEESE)<>BAKE uncovered for 1 HOUR!!!!   ( HAM & BROCCOLI)
