JUST--PLAIN--GOOD ( POT ROAST )



SUCCULENT, (MELTS in your MOUTH) <>4-6 lb. BOTTOM ROUND ROAST<>2  tsp. SALT<>1/4 tsp. PEPPER<>1 tsp. PAPRIKA<>2 tbsp. WESSON OIL<>1/2 CUP WATER<>1/2 cup BURGUNDY<>110 small whole POTATOES<>10 small CARROTS, cut in half lengthwise<>2 (8oz.) cans TOMATO SAUCE<>TRIM EXCESS FAT from MEAT<> SPRINKLE WITH SALT&PEPPER and PAPRIKA. BROWN IN OIL, IN DUTCH OVEN.<>ADD WATER&BURGUNDY, (COVER VEGETABLES around MEAT) POUR IN TOMATO SAUCE.(COVER AND SIMMER until VEGETABLES are DONE, ABOUT 30 to 45 MINUTES.<><>(SUCCULENT and TANGY!!!!!!
