LET STAND WHILE MAKING PASTRY.<>LINE A 9inch PIE PLATE. FILL (PIE PLATE with FRUIT MIXTURE) MAKE LATTICE TOP<>PLACE PASTRY STRIPS ON TOP OF FILLING< CRISSCROSSING STRIPS TO MAKE ATTRACTIVE OPEN TOP<>MOISTEN EDGE OF PIE< PLACING STRIP OF DOUGH< AROUND RIM TO HOLD STRIPS IN PLACE><>pinch into a fluted rim to hold strips in place.,.or press together with tines of fork.<>THEN (BAKE) in HOT OVEN 425 degreesF for 30--40 MINUTES.,.<>sooooo,YUMMY, (TOP with WHIPPED CREAM)!!!!
