"CONCORD GRAPE PIE (A PIE THAT IS ++TANGY&SWEET)




4 CUPS (CONCORD GRAPES) 1 CUP SUGAR<>1/4 TEASPOON SALT<>1 1/2 TEASPOON (QUICK-COOKING TAPIOCA)<>1/8 TEASPOON CLOVES<>****SLIP GRAPES FROM SKINS<>STEAM PULP IN DOUBLE BOILER FOR 20 minutes<>(PRESS THROUGH COARSE SIEVE TO REMOVE SEEDS><>ADD STRAINED PULP TO SKINS--COMBINE (SUGAR--SALT--TAPIOCA, and CLOVES,--ADD TO GRAPES<><>LET STAND) MAKE PIE CRUST and (LINE a 9in PIE-PLATE with PIE CRUST)****FILL PIE SHELL with (GRAPE MIXTURE)and ADJUST (TOP CRUST seal EDGE OF PIE)then (BAKE IN HOT OVEN 425degreesF --for 30 to 40 MINUTES!!!!!  "OHs' &  'AHs" so TANGY & SWEET!!!!
