CRANBERRY - CREAM PIE




1--3OUNCE PACKAGE RASPBERRY GELATIN<>1 1/4 CUPS BOILING WATER<>1--1 POUND  CAN  WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE<>1 CUP DAIRY SOUR CREAM<>1--9inch. BAKED PASTRY SHELL<>1 1/4 CUPS (TINY MARSHMALLOWS) 1/2 CUP WHIPPING CREAM, WHIPPED<>1 TABLESPOON SUGAR<><> DISSOLVE GELATIN IN BOILING WATER, ADD THE (CRANBERRY SAUCE) CHILL TILL SLIGHTLY THICKENED.(BEAT IN SOUR CREAM with rotary beater till blended, chill till partially set>(SPOON into pastry shell) (SPRINKLE MARSHMALLOWS atop)<>FOLD (SUGAR into WHIPPED CREAM, spread over PIE)  ****CHILL TILL FIRM!! soSoOOH! SATISFYING!!!!
