WASSAIL WONDERS (HOLIDAY EGGNOG)!





HOLIDAY  EGGNOG<><>RECIPE or USE carton bottled EGGNOG and ADD some RUM<><>Here is my (RECIPE) 6 EGG YOLKS<>1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR<>1 CUP ( BRANDY, RYE, WHISKEY , RUM or BOURBON) the spirit of your CHOICE<>and 1/3 CUP JAMAICA RUM<>6 EGG WHITES<>2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM,(WHIPPED) and about 2 1/2 CUPS MILK<>BEST EGG YOLKS with electric mixer or EGG BEATER until thick and lemon colored<>GRADUALLY BEST in SUGAR<><SLOWLY stir in BRANDY and RUM<>COVER and refrigerate.<>JUST before SERVING, (FOLD in STIFFLY BEATEN EGG WHITES, and WHIPPED CREAM and enough MILK to thin as DESIRED, (SOME people like it THICK, some like it THIN<>TO SERVE,(NUTMEG is the usual TOPPING but< for VARIETY, SPRINKLE with CINNAMON, SHAVED CHOCOLATE, CRYSTALLIZED GINGER or GRATED ORANGE RIND!! (THIS is my RECIPE) the CARTON EGGNOG @ HOLIDAY is QUICKER just ADD some RUM your CHOICE and FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING & NUTMEG!!!!!   sooooo, DELICIOUS either WAY!!!!!
