SAVORY & EASY (POT ROAST)



POT ROAST<>SAVORY&GOOD<>4 to 5 lb. BOTTOM ROUND or CHUCK ROAST<>2 TABLESPOON SALT<>1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER<>1 TABLESPOON. PAPRIKA<>2 TABLESPOON. WESSON OIL<>1/2 CUP WATER<>10 small ONIONS<>10 small CARROTS, cut in half<>2 (8 ounce ) CANS TOMATO SAUCE<>TRIM excess fat from MEAT<>,sprinkle with SALT & PEPPER and PAPRIKA<>BROWN in OIL in DUTCH OVEN.<>ADD WATER and COVER put VEGETABLES around MEAT and POUR in TOMATO SAUCE<>(COVER and SIMMER until vegetables are DONE about 30 to 40 minutes.!!!  SAVORY & GOOD!!!!!
