HOLIDAY PARTY (BOURBON BALLS)




BOURBON BALLS <>1 PKG. VANILLA WAFERS (CRUSHED 2 1/2 CUPS)<>1 CUP CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR<>3 TABLESPOON COCOA<>1 small PKG. PECANS or ALMONDS, (chopped fine<>3 TABLESPOONS (light CORN SYRUP)<>2/3 CUP BOURBON, WHISKEY or BRANDY (unflavored)<>MIX all DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER<>ADD (CORN SYRUP and BOURBON).<>SHAPE into BALLS and ROLL in (CONFECTIONER.S SUGAR<>LET SET 24 HOURS.<>If necessary, reshape and roll in sugar again<>make these BALLS several days before your (HOLIDAY PARTY so the BOURBON has a chance to blend with the other ingredients<>GREAT HOLIDAY TREAT!!  DELICIOUS!!!!!!
