HOT FRUIT COMPOTE (great accompainiment to Fish, Fowl or Meat)





HOT FRUIT COMPOTE<>1/2 CUP DRIED PRUNES, stewed<>1/2 CUP PEACHES, cooked<>1/2 CUP PEARS, cooked<.1/2 CUP APRICOTS, cooked<.1 1/2 CUPS FRESH APPLESAUCE<>Juice of 1/2 LEMON & IT'S RIND chopped<>1 TSP. CINNAMON<>1/2 TSP. GINGER<>1/2 TSP.NUTMEG<><>COMBINE FRUIT and SEASONINGS and MIX WELL<>BAKE in uncovered CASSEROLE in 250 degree OVEN for @ least ONE HOUR<>THE longer it BAKES the BETTER!  (DELICIOUS)!!!!!!!
