EASY ( CHICKEN PARM BAKE) CHICKEN PARMESAN CASSEROLE!





CHICKEN PARMESAN<>1 EGG, BEATEN with 1 TABLESPOON. water<>ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS<>1/2 lb. CHICKEN BREASTS or (VEAL)<>SPAGHETTI SAUCE, (RAGU or PREGO or your choice<>PARMESAN CHEESE<>OREGANO & SALT and PEPPER<>4 oz. MOZZARELLA CHEESE, GRATED<>(DIP CHICKEN in EGG, then ROLL in BREAD CRUMBS to COVER,<>BROWN CHICKEN IN SKILLET with OLIVE OIL and GARLIC. both sides<>PLACE in BAKING DISH,(CASSEROLE)and SPOON on RAGU SAUCE to COVER<>SEASON with SALT&PEPPER and OREGANO)><>SPRINKLE generously with PARMESAN then MOZZARELLA)<>BAKE @ 350 degrees F. (UNCOVERED) for 45 minutes!!!    SCRUMPTIOUS,  soooH   GOOD!!!! SERVE with spaghetti!!!!!
