(Great-Grandmother's) STEAMED CARROT PUDDING!






STEAMED in COFFEE CANS (CARROT PUDDING)<.1 CUP CARROTS use GRINDER or CHOPPER!<>1 CUP of POTATOES put through grinder or chopper<>1 CUP RAISINS, grinder or chopper!<>3/4 or 1 CUP SUGAR<>1 CUP FLOUR<>1/2 TEASPOON ALLSPICE<>1 TEASPOON SODA dissolved in a little WATER<>1 TEASPOON SALT<>1 EGG<>(ADD BEATEN EGG to other INGREDIENTS)then (PLACE in COFFEE CANS or STEAMER and STEAM 3 HOURS)<>SERVE with WHIPPED CREAM.<>(STEAMED CARROT PUDDING is a wonderful OLE COUNTRY OFFERING) and soooo, GOOD!!!!!!!
