CARROT, PINEAPPLE CAKE (using TUBE PAN)





CARROT, PINEAPPLE CAKE <>(mix well in given order) 3 BEATEN EGGS<>1 TSP. VANILLA<>1 1/4 CUP COOKING OIL<>2 CUPS GRATED CARROT<>1 CUP SUGAR<>then sift and ADD<>3 CUPS FLOUR<>1 TSP. SODA<>2 TSP. BAKING POWDER<>1 TSP. SALT<> (BEAT together for 2 MINUTES<>ADD 1 CUP crushed PINEAPPLE with JUICE<>ALSO add 1/2 CUP RAISINS and 1 CUP NUTS<>(BAKE @ 350 degrees F. for ( 1 HOUR in a greased and FLOURED TUBE PAN)!!!!!this is a very full bodied CAKE, moist YUMMY!!
