QUICK & EASY (EGGPLANT CASSEROLE)



EGGPLANT CASSEROLE<>1 RIPE EGGPLANT<>MOZZARELLA CHEESE<>****SAUCE========2  TABLESPOON SOUR CREAM<>8 oz. TOMATO SAUCE<>DASH of TOBASCO SAUCE<>WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE<>PARSLEY<>SALT&PEPPER<>1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE<>BOIL EGGPLANT until TENDER, (FRY to get rid of excess water<>IN a (CASSEROLE DISH) put a LAYER of EGGPLANT, & MOZZARELLA CHEESE and SAUCE.<>(REPEAT until EVERYTHING is used up in LAYERS)<>SPRINKLE with PARMESAN CHEESE.<>(BAKE @ 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes) +++this is sooooooH  , (DELICIOUS serve with ITALIAN BREAD.TOASTED!!!
