DOWN HOME (COUNTRY HAM) Real MAPLE SYRUP Glaze!!!





COUNTRY HAM<>REAL MAPLE SYRUP GLAZE!!!(1 COUNTRY HAM)<>1/2 CUP whole CLOVES<>1 FULL cup DK. BROWN SUGAR<>1 CUP VINEGAR<>1 CUP light BROWN SUGAR<>1 CUP CORN MEAL<>1 TBS. GROUND CLOVES<>1 TSP. CINNAMON<>1 CAN SLICED PINEAPPLE<> CHERRIES<>SCRUB HAM and SOAK in water overnight<.SPRINKLE some of the CLOVES on BOTTOM of (ROASTER and some on TOP pf the HAM<>ADD about one inch of water.<>PUT 1 CUP of BROWN SUGAR and VINEGAR AROUND HAM<>(COOK for 1 HOUR in a 375 degree F. OVEN<>then turn temperature down to 275 degree F. and COOK (20 MINUTES per POUND)<>REMOVE from ROASTER.<>MIX together (1 cup of BROWN SUGAR, corn meal, ground cloves and cinnamon,<>PUT SLICED PINEAPPLE & CHERRIES on HAM with toothpicks<>(SPRINKLE the HAM with MAPLE SYRUP& BROWN SUGAR GLAZE and BROWN in a 375 degree OVEN<> the sweet smell will WAFT through your KITCHEN!! and it will be soooo , SCRUMPTIOUS!!!!
