TURKEY-CORN CHOWDER<>1/4 CUP BUTTER<>4 MEDIUM ONIONS ,sliced<>5 MEDIUM POTATOES, sliced & pared<>2 STALKS, CELERY, sliced<>4 TEASPOON PEPPER<>2 CUPS WATER<>1 (CHICKEN-BOUILLON CUBE)<>5 CUPS MILK<>2 CANS WHOLE KERNEL CORN<>1/4 TEASPOON dried THYME<>1 CUP LIGHT CREAM<>1 CAN (cream style CORN)<>1 1/2 TEASPOON PAPRIKA<>3 CUPS cut-up (ROAST TURKEY)<>2 TABLESPOON BUTTER<>PARSLEY FRESH<><>IN 1/4 CUP BUTTER in (LARGE KETTLE)SAUTE (saute ONIONS til golden<>ADD (POTATOES, CELERY, SALT&PEPPER, WATER and BOUILLON CUBE)<>COOK covered 15 minutes or until VEGETABLES are TENDER.<>ADD MILK, WHOLE KERNEL CORN, THYME, CREAM STYLE CORN, PAPRIKA and TURKEY)<>HEAT, dot with BUTTER, snip PARSLEY over TOP<><>MAKES 8-10 SERVINGS!!!!!
