ZUCCHINI AU VIN---***3 CUPS DICED ZUCCHINI<>1 CAN (10 ounces), WHITE ONIONS, DRAINED<>SALT&PEPPER TO TASTE.<>1 CAN (10-3/4 ounces CONDENSED CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP.<>1/2 CUP WHITE WINE<>1/2 CUP SHREDDED (CHEDDAR CHEESE)><><>PLACE ZUCCHINI IN A GREASED 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH.
