WILD BLUEBERRY CAKE
INGREDIENTS----1 1/2 CUPS WASHED WILD BLUEBERRIES<>1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR<>1 TSP> BAKING POWDER<>1/2 TSP. SALT<>1/2 CUP SHORTENING<>2 EGGS, SEPERATED<>1 CUP SUGAR<>2/3 CUP MILK<> 1 TSP. VANILLA<><>SIFT FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT TOGETHER. (CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGAR, BEAT IN EGG YOLKS.) ADD VANILLA AND MILK ALTERNATELY WITH DRY INGREDIENTS. (FOLD IN BEATEN EGG WHITES AND THEN ADD IN THE (WILD BLUEBERRIES). PUT IN A GREASED 9 in. SQUARE PAN. SPRINKLE BATTER WITH SUGAR BEFORE BAKING FOR TOPPING.!! BAKE AT 350degrees FOR 30--40 MINUTES.!! ((THIS IS A TASTE OF THE WILD BLUEBERRIES))!!
