SAVORY (VEAL MARSALA) GREAT CUISINE!!



PER --SERVING (6 VEAL MEDALLIONS (THIN SLICES CUT IN 1 1/2 in. SQUARES) FLOUR FOR DREDGING (2 TBS. BUTTER)  SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. (2 TBS. ONIONS, CHOPPED FINE &HANDFUL OF MUSHROOMS, SLICED, (PINCH OF PARSLEY) THEN ADD 1/2 CUP GOOD MARSALA WINE and 1/2 CUP BEEF STOCK) NOW COAT THE (VEAL MEDALLIONS WITH FLOUR) ADD VEAL, BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER and ONIONS TO A PAN AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. (POUR OFF EXCESS BUTTER) ADD MUSHROOMS,PARSLEY AND (MARSALA WINE) THEN (FLAME THE WINE UNTIL IT BURNS COMPLETELY OFF) THAT'S WHERE THE SAVORY FLAVOR COMES IN) THEN ADD THE BEEF STOCK AND COOK UNTIL ALL IS THICKENED)  (THIS GREAT CUISINE) WILL MELT IN YOUR MOUTH!!!!!!
