MARSHMALLOW SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE<><>BOIL and MASH SWEET POTATOES.<>ADD (BUTTER and instead of MILK, (use ORANGE JUICE or PINEAPPLE JUICE)<>ALSO BEAT in about 1 teaspoon BAKING POWDER to make the SWEET POTATOES LIGHT.<>THEN PLACE in a CASSEROLE DISH.<>COVER with (PINEAPPLE RINGS.<>PLACE a (MARSHMALLOW in the CENTRE of EACH RING.<>PUT a (MARASCHINO CHERRY) on each MARSHMALLOW.<>PLACE the DISH in the OVEN until the (SWEET POTATOES are HOT and the MARSHMALLOWS are MELTED and LIGHT BROWN)!!! THIS RECIPE is also used at CHRISTMAS TIME) loved by ALL!!!!!!!
