CREAM PIE, (FAMILY FAVORITE)<>1 CUP SUGAR<>1 TEASPOON FLOUR<>1 EGG<>1 CUP HEAVY CREAM<>CLOVES and NUTMEG, and CINNAMON and BUTTER.<>PASTRY for a DOUBLE CRUST PIE<>DREDGE LOWER CRUST with SPICES and DOTS of BUTTER.<>SLIGHTLY BEAT (EGG MIX with HEAVY CREAM)<>ADD FLOUR and SUGAR and MIX WELL.<>POUR INTO CRUST, TOP with upper crust with slits cut for vents.(BRUSH TOP OF UPPER CRUST with CREAM left in carton.<>BAKE @ 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes.,.<>STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.!! can be made 1 to 2 days ahead.!!! (SCRUMPTIOUS)!!!!!
