APPLE CRANBERRY PIE (IT,S EASY TO GIVE THANKS FOR APPLE PIE---IT's LIKE AN OLD LOYAL FRIEND. AND THERE'S NOTHING AS BOUNTIFULMAS A MOUND OF APPLES PILED INTO A CRUST, BEGGING FOR A BLANKET OF DOUGH. (APPLE PIES DEMAND LOTS OF FRUIT!!
APPLE CRANBERRY PIE<>6 GRANNY SMITH APPLES< PEELED< CORED< AND SLICED<>1/2 CUP CRANBERRIES<>2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE<>1 /1/4 CUPS SUGAR<>1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR<>1 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON<>1/4 TEASPOON GROUND ALLSPICE<>1/4 TEASPOON SALT<>2 PORTIONS PIE PASTRY<>COMBINE DIVIDE IN HALF,<>ROLL OUT 2 CRUSTS BETWEEN WAX PAPER.<>MIX SUGAR and CINNAMON lightly through the SLICED APPLES and CRANBERRIES.<>(HEAP PIE SHELL with FRUIT) DOT WITH BUTTER, if desired<>PUT ON TOP CRUST and make slits) BAKE IN 425 OVEN for 50 to 60 MINUTES<>TANGY and SWEET soooH DELICIOUS TOP with ICE CREAM OR SERVE SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE!!!!!!!!
