SALT,<><><><>5 MEDIUM ONIONS CUT UP,<>1/2 lb, MUSHROOMS,<>2 lbs,BONELESS CHUCK BEEF,CUT IN TO 1 INCH CUBES,<>1/4 tsp, MARJORAM,<>1/4 tsp,THYME,<>1/8 tsp, PEPPER<><>1/1/2 tsp, FLOUR,<>3/4 CUP OF BEEF BROTH,<>1/1/2 CUPS OF RED BURGUNDY,<><><><><THEN MELT OLEO AND ADD ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS,<>COOK AND STIR UNTIL THE ONIONS ARE TENDER,<>REMOVE THE VEGETABLES AND DRAIN OFF THE LIQUID,<><> BROWN THE BEEF CUBES,<>MIX TOGETHER THE SPICES AND FLOUR AND SPRINKLE OVER BROWN BEEF,<>MIX WELL, THEN ADD BROTH AND SIMMER 1/1/2 TO 2 HOURS,<><><><><><>STIR IN BURGUNDY AND ADD ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS...
