LINE 9-inch PIEPAN WITH PASTRY,<><><>BEAT EGGS; STIR IN SUGAR AND SALT. ADD MILK GRADUALLY, MIXING THOROUGHLY. <><>STIR IN VANILLA.<> POUR INTO UNBAKED PIE SHELL.<><>SPRINKLE WITH NUTMEG.<><>BAKE 40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
