BREAKFAST QUICHE!!!!!!

1---9inch PIE CRUST, UNBAKED IN A DEEP PIE PLATE,>?ADD 1/2 lb. BACON COARSELY CHOPPED,<> 1/2 CUP SCALLIONS, TOPS AND BOTTOMS.<> 1 CUP FRESH MUSHROOMS, SLICED,<> 1/2 lb SWISS CHEESE SLICED,<> 1/2 PINT HEAVY CREAM OR MEDIUM CREAM,<><>6 LARGE EGGS,<> SPRINKLE OF SALT AND PEPPER< AND TARRAGON.<><><> FRY THE BACON< SCALLIONS AND MUSHROOMS IN A HEAVY SKILLET.<> DRAIN OFF ALL BUT 1 OR 2 tablespoons of the liquid:<>SPREAD THE MIXTURE OVER THE PIE CRUST.<> COVER EVENLY WITH SLICED SWISS CHEESE,<> BLEND THE CREAM AND EGGS WITH A WHISK AND POUR OVER THE ABOVE,<> SPRINKLE WITH THE SEASONINGS AND BAKE IN A 375 degree OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.<> SERVE HOT !!
