TASTY!! (CURRIED POTATO SALAD)




NEW POTATOES, PEPPERS, CELERY, (CURRY POWDER)(FRENCH DRESSING) INGREDIENTS ADD 6 (MEDIUM-SIZED) (ABOUT 2 lbs.)POTATOES(ABOUT 4 CUPS CUBED)<>1 teaspoon salt<> 1 teaspoon CURRY POWDER<> 3 tablespoons FRENCH DRESSING<> 2 tablespoons LEMON JUICE<.1 teaspoon GARLIC SALT<>1/2 teaspoon SALT<>1/4 teaspoon curry powder<> 1/8 teaspoon PEPPER<>3 EGGS<>1 CUP DICED CELERY<>1/2 CUP DICED GREEN PEPPER<.>1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE!!!WASH PARE AND CUT POTATOES INTO CUBES<>COOK COVERED IN BOILING WATER TO COVER< WITH 1 teaspoon SALT and 1 teaspoon CURRY POWDER<>COOK 8 to 10 min.,or until tender when pierced with fork. DO NOT OVERCOOK, DRAIN<>DRY POTATOES BY SHAKING PAN OVER LOW HEAT><>POUR INTO A BOWL WITH FRENCH DRESSING, LEMON JUICE, GARLIC SALT, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder and pepper. <>SET IN REFRIGERATOR to MARINATE 1 to 2 HOURS. turning several times.<>MEANWHILE, HARD-COOK EGGS and CHILL.<>PREPARE CELERY AND GREEN PEPPER.<> DICE THE HARD COOKED EGGS.<>ADD to the POTATOES THE DICED, EGGS, CELERY, GREEN PEPPER and MAYONNAISE.<>TOSS lightly to COAT ALL INGREDIENTS evenly.<>SET IN REFRIGERATOR TO CHILL THOROUGHLY before SERVING>!!!!!!!
