SQUASH PIE (USING MAPLE SYRUP)

2 CUPS STRAINED SQUASH,<><> 1 CUP MAPLE SYRUP or SUGAR,<><>2 EGGS,<><><><><><><>1 teaspoon salt,<><>3/4 teaspoon GINGER,<><>1/1/2 teaspoon CINNAMON,<><><><><><><><>1/3/4 CUPS RICH MILK.<><><><>MIX SQUASH, SYRUP, EGGS, SALT AND SPICES.<><><>ADD MILK GRADUALLY. <><>FILL TWO UNBAKED PIE SHELLS. <<><>><><><><><><>BAKE AT 450degreesF. FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN 40 MINUTES AT 350degrees F. OR UNTIL DONE.!!!!!!!
