PAPRIKA POTATOES


3 CUPS DICED RAW POTATOES ( 5 MEDIUM)<><>2 tablespoons SALAD OIL<><>3/4 teaspoon salt,  <><>1 teaspoon PAPRIKA<><>1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED<><>3/4 CUP canned BEEF BROTH<><>HEAT THE OIL IN A FRYING PAN<><>ADD, POTATOES, ONION, SALT, PAPRIKA,<><><><>FRY GENTLY FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, UNTIL THE VEGETABLES ARE A LIGHT BROWN.ADD BEEF BROTH AND COVER CLOSELY. COOK for about 15 MINUTES, UNTIL THE VEGETABLES ARE DONE. THE LIQUID SHOULD ALL BOIL AWAY. THE POTATOES KEEP THEIR SHAPE AND BE AN ATTRACTIVE RED-BROWN in COLOR.  (SERVES 6)!!!!!!!
