PARMESAN SCALLOPED POTATOES &HAM




THIS IS EASTER TIME<> THIS IS A QUICK EASY RECIPE FOR LEFT OVER HAM AND POTATOES<>INGREDIENTS<><>2/1/2 cups medium cream sauce<><>2/3 cups PARMESAN CHEESE, grated<><>6 LARGE POTATOES peeled<><>2 LARGE ONIONS<><>2 cups sliced chunks HAM<><>SLICE POTATOES 1/4 INCH THICK.<><>PARBOIL---5min. in salted water, drain<><>SLICE ONIONS QUITE THIN<><>ADD MOST OF THE GRATED CHEESE to the CREAM SAUCE><><>RESERVING A SMALL AMOUNT OF CHEESE TO SPRINKLE ON TOP><><>IN A BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH, layer the (POTATOES--ONIONS--HAM) WITH THE CREAM SAUCE SPOONED OVER EACH LAYER OF (POTATOES--ONIONS--HAM)COVER THE FINAL LAYER OF THE SCALLOPED POTATOES with the remaining PARMESAN CHEESE SAUCE.<> SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING GRATED CHEESE AND PAPRIKA/ <><>BAKE, UNCOVERED AT 350degrees ABOUT 45 or 50 minutes>><><>THIS IS A TASTY, DISH!!!!!!!!
