STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES (STRAWBERRIE PICKING TIME)


STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES----USE 1 1/2 CUPS BISQUICK (heart smart MIX) and 1/2 CUP SKIM MILK),<><><>(HULL STRAWBERRIES and SLICE ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR TO BERRIES) (HEAT OVEN TO 425degreesF. (STIR BISQUICK MIX, 2 Tbsp. SUGAR AND (SKIM MILK) UNTIL THE DOUGH IS SOFT AND FORMS. DROP BY SPOONFULS ONTO ungreased cookie sheet. (BAKE 10 or 12 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, (then SPLIT BISQUIT IN TWO) THEN POUR STRAWBERRY MIXTURE BETWEEN BISQUICK AND ON TOP OF BISQUIT AFTERCLOSING THEN ADD WHIPPED TOPPING AND ONE WHOLE STRAWBERRY WITH GREEN STEM!!!!!!
