SCALLOPED SCALLOPS



1QUART BAY SCALLOPS<>6 MEDUIM POTATOES SLICED THINLY<>^ MEDIUM ONIONS SLICED THINLY<>SALT&PEPPER<>1 CUP MILK<>1/4 POUND BUTTER<> SmALL BOX SALTED SALTINES( CRUSHED FINE)  BUTTER A PYREX OR EARTHENWARE CASSEROLE DISH.<>PLACE IN LAYERS, (SCALLOPS) DO NOT SOAK OR WASH USE FRESH< IF POSSIBLE RIGHT FROM CONTAINER. POTATOES< ONIONS SALTINES AND A LIGHT DUST OF SALT AND PEPPER. (REPEAT LAYERS UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE USED) POUR MILK EVENLY OVER ALL AND DOT WITH ABOUT WALNUT SIZE PIECES OF BUTTER>PLACE IN PRE-HEATED 325 to 350 degree OVEN UNCOVERED for about AN HOUR or until POTATOES ARE COOKED!!!!!
