HERB SEASONED STUFFING MIX)--1/2 cup BUTTER MELTED<>IN SAUCEPAN COOK SLICED SQUASH AND CHOPPED ONION IN BOILING WATER FOR 5 min. ALL ABOUT THE TOMATO!!
WITH ME IT"S ALL ABOUT THE TOMATOES!! THEY CAN BE STARTED FROM SEED OR FROM HOT-HOUSE STARTER PLANTS, MY TOMATO PLANTS HAVE BEEN IN THE GROUND SINCE APRIL 2011. I JUST LOVE TO GROW THEM, AND I ESPECIALLY LIKE TO EAT THEM FRESH OFF THE VINE. I MAKE GREAT BLT'S AND SPAGHETTI SAUCE, AND USE THEM IN LASAGNA AND SALADS WITH OLIVE OIL AND FETTA CHEESE> THE TOMATO IS SUCCULENT AND SOooo!! DELICIOUS. MY TOMATO PLANTS GROW NICE THICK STALKS AND LOOK NICE IN THE LAWN GARDEN AND ON MY DECK!!! (I LOVE A GOOD TOMATO)!!!!
HOLSTEIN IN THE PASTURE
HOLSTEIN ARE THE MOST FREQUENTLY SEEN COWS IN VERMONT. THEY WEIGH 1350 lbs. THEY GIVE AN AVERAGE AN AVERAGE OF 16.5 gals. or 55lbs OF MILK A DAY. THEIR COLOR IS BLACK WITH WHITE SPOTS, sometimes THEY are BROWN, RED with WHITE SPOTS. THEY ARE FREQUENTLY SEEN IN THE VERMONT COUNTRY SIDE?!!!!!!!

PLACE (ROAST on a RACK in a shallow PAN.<> INSERT MEAT THERMOMETER in THICKEST PART OF (RIB ROAST)> ROAST FOR 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 HOURS or UNTIL THERMOMETER REGISTERS 140degreesF. for MEDIUM RARE<> REMOVE FROM PAN. (COVER WITH FOIL AND LET STAND 15 minutes BEFORE CARVING. TEMPERATURE WILL RISE TO 145degreesF. during STANDING. (MEANWHILE , COMBINE MAYONNAISE, HORSERADISH and CHIVES.
