ROCKY ROAD ( marshmallows & chocolate & walnuts) CANDY
AT CHRISTMAS USE COLORED MARSHMALLOWS<><>INGREDIENTS<>3 CUPS TINY MARSHMALLOWS<>2 8--oz bars MILK CHOCOLATE, cut up<><>3/4 cup coarsely chopped WALNUTS<><>LINE AN 8x8x2 inch baking pan with foil, extending the foil over edges of the pan. Butter the foil, then set pan aside.<><>In a medium sauce pan HEAT MILK CHOCOLATE over low heart, stirring constantly, till melted and smooth. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in MARSHMALLOWS and WALNUTS. Spread mixture in prepared pan. CHILL CANDY about n30 minutes or till firm. When firm, use foil to lift CANDY out of the pan. Cut CANDY into 1 inch squares. Store tightly covered. Makes 64 pieces.<><><><><><>!!! THIS IS A MUST TRY!! DELICIOUS!!!
