BLUE ( PORTUGUESE CHICKEN)
(This is a dish I had while I visited BERMUDA)<THE HIBISCUS were in full BLOOM<><><><><><><><><>The BLUE CHICKEN were running around.<><><>INGREDIENTS<> (BRAIZE TWO CHOPPED ONIONS,<>TWO CLOVES OF GARLIC IN A LITTLE RED COOKING WINE<><> ADD 5 lbs. CUT UP CHICKEN AND ENOUGH RED WINE TO HALF-COVER.<>3 tablespoons PAPRIKA,<><><><><>1/2 tsp. PEPPER<><>1 teaspoon SALT AND Hot Pepper, Vinegar TO SUIT YOUR TASTE.<>1/2 Bottle of Ketchup. COVER AND SIMMER VERY SLOWLY TILL CHICKEN IS TENDER (falls of the Bone)<><>!!!!!!!!!!DELICIOUS!!!!!!!
