we got a (SCORCHER) here!! COOL MOJITO'S & LOBSTER SALAD





WELL IT HIT THE 100 MARK!! SO IT"S BEST NOT TO BAKE OR USE A HOT GRILL, (MAKE CHILLED MOJITO'S AND (MACARONI  LOBSTER  SALAD) EASY TO MAKE!! FOR THE CHILLED (MOJITO) USE 1 ONCE SIMPLE SYRUP AND 3/4 ONCE FRESH LIME JUICE, MINT LEAVES, 2 DASHES OF BITTERS, AND 1 1/2 OUNCES WHITE RUM, SODA. THEN ADD PIECES OF YOUR FAVORITE FRUIT.!! POUR IN TALL GLASSES WITH SPRIG OF MINT LEAVES!! NOW MAKE THE (MACARONI LOBSTER SALAD) COOK AND DRAIN MACARONI. CHOP CELERY, GREEN PEPPER, 1 SMALL SWEET PICKLE, 2 MEDIUM TOMATOES, AND ADD 1 CAN REAL (LOBSTER MEAT) 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp PEPPER.  CHOP ALL VEGETABLES AND MIX WITH COOKED MACARONI SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.(ARRANGE ON A PLATTER WITH (LOBSTER MEAT on TOP.) GARNISH WITH TOMATO SLICES AND SERVE WITH SLICED LEMON!WHEN THE WEATHER IS A SCORCHER 100 degrees , MAKE EASY MEALS, SERVE WITH CHILLED MOJITO"S!!!
