COOL AS A (CUCUMBER) MAKING (MUSTARD PICKLE)!!



CUCUMBERS FRESH GARDEN GROWN SMALL< KEEP COOL BY VINES< AND THEY ARE THE ONE"S TO PICK FOR (MUSTARD PICKLE) RECIPE AS FOLLOWS---1 QUART OF SMALL ONIONS<>(2 QUARTS OF SMALL CUCUMBERS) <>2 CAULIFLOWER HEADS (CUT)<>3 GREEN PEPPERS. <>MAKE BRINE OF 2 QUARTS OF WATER AND 1 CUP SALT.<>LET STAND ON PICKLES OVERNIGHT.<>BRING PICKLES TO THE BOILING POINT IN SAME BRINE, DRAIN AND COVER WITH SAUCE COMPOSED OF---(1 CUP FLOUR<>6 TABLESPOONS MUSTARD<>1 TABLESPOON TUMERIC,.THEN 1 TABLESPOON TUMERIC COMBINED WITH ENOUGH VINEGAR TO MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE. (ADDTHIS TO 2 QUARTS OF HOT VINEGAR AND 2 CUPS SUGAR.(COOK UNTIL THICK)<>POUR MIXTURE OVER PICKLES AND SEAL IN JARS AT ONCE)<> BEST CUCUMBER PICKLES EVER!!!!!! MADE WITH SMALL CUCUMBERS!!!
