STRAWBERRY PARFAIT PIE



INGREDIENTS<><>1 1/4 CUPS BOILING WATER<>1 PACKAGE STRAWBERRY JELLY POWDER<>1 PINT STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM<>1 1/2 CUPS SLICED FRESH STRAWBERRIES<><>1---9inch BAKED PIE SHELL<>WHIPPED CREAM<><>HEAT WATER TO BOILING IN SAUCEPAN. REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD JELLY POWDER, STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED. ADD ICE CREAM CUT IN CHUNKS. STIR UNTIL MELTED.<>CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL MIXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN AND WILL MOUND WHEN SPOONED. IT SHOULD NOT SET. THIS WILL TAKE ABOUT 15 MINUTES.<>FOLD IN STRAWBERRIES. TURN INTO CLOD BAKED PIE SHELL.CHILL UNTIL FIRM, ABOUT 30 minutes. <>TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND ADDITIONAL STRAWBERRIES!!!!!
