BUFFALO CHICKEN BREASTS (GRILLED)

INGREDIENTS<>STUFFING--3 oz. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED<><> 3 tbsp. CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE<><>1 tbsp. CHOPPED FRESH CHIVES<><>---4 (4oz.) CHICKEN BREAST HALVES<><><>2tbsp. BUTTER OR MARGARINE, MELTED<><>2 tbsp. BOTTLED HOT PEPPER SAUCE<><>STUFFING----COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, BLUE CHEESE AND CHIVES. SET ASIDE.<><><>REMOVE SKIN FROM CHICKEN, (IF DESIRED)<>MAKE A POCKET IN EACH CHICKEN PIECE BY CUTTING HORIZONTALLY FROM ONE SIDE ALMOST TO THE OUTER SIDE>SPOON STUFFING INTO POCKETS. SECURE OPENING WITH WOODEN TOOTHPICKS. COMBINE MELTED BUTTER AND HOT PEPPER SAUCE.<><>(PREHEAT GRILL to MEDIUM) GRILL, CHICKEN,--BONE SIDE UP, UNCOVERED FOR 35 to 45 minutes or UNTIL (CHICKEN IS TENDER) no LONGER PINK, TURNING COOK, BRUSH OCCASIONALLY WITH BUTTER MIXTURE, AND CHICKEN GOLDEN BROWN.---SERVES 4   SERVE WITH GRILLED SWEET CORN, SALADS!!!!!
