NEW YEAR (BRUNCH) EGG CASSEROLE! HAPPY 2012,





EGG CASSEROLE (GREAT for BRUNCH)<> 2 DOZEN EGGS<>1 lb. BACON<>MUSHROOMS SLICED<>1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP<>1 PT. SOUR CREAM<>1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE<><>PREPARE EGG, as to scramble with milk<>SALT & PEPPER.<>COOK BACON until CRISP & CRUMBLE<>SAUTE MUSHROOMS.<>MIX (SOUR CREAM and SOUP)<>POUR EGGS into BOTTOM of 3 QUART DISH or 13x9 in PAN<>(TOP with mushrooms<>POUR (SOUP MIXTURE over THIS<>TOP (with CHEESE and BACON)<>BAKE @ 350 degrees F. for about 45 minutes or until SET<>  GREAT BRUNCH (EGG & CHEESE & BACON CASSEROLE)  oh's and ah's!!!!!!!
